Manage your risk

Building Safety Case Reports are now a legal requirement under the Building Safety Act 2022 for residential building of over 18 metres in height. The provision of these reports is the responsibility of the Accountable Person for the building (usually the building owner or Landlord).
We prepare building safety case reports for clients which involves the development, preparation, and ongoing management of a detailed report that outlines the safety measures, risk management strategies, and compliance protocols for a building. The report is a vital tool for ensuring that a building’s safety systems meet legal requirements, effectively mitigate risks, and maintain the safety of occupants. They also ensure that fire safety, structural integrity, and emergency response plans are well-documented, regularly reviewed, and compliant with applicable regulations. They provide transparency, accountability, and assurance that the building is safe for its occupants, meeting all legal obligations and industry standards for building safety.
