Smart FM provided fire safety training for staff which included live fire extinguisher training. We also wrote an evacuation plan for the hostel which took into account the complexities of its 24 hour operation and its residential status.
'The trainer made it easy to learn, providing realistic scenarios an video clips. The powerpoint presentation made a big difference with its visual aids and photos.
It has made me more aware of the dangers of fire and the correct procedures to follow. I was impressed at being able to physically use the equipment as it gives you insight into what is expected when using an extinguisher for the first time. Overall an excellent fire training course.'
