Case Study : Cancer Research UK
Over a twelve month period, the charity's health and safety manual, including processes, procedures and risk assessments, was rewritten by Smart FM, resulting in a new three hundred page document. The manual was taken through an extensive consultation process with the key stakeholders in the business to ensure that it reflected the requirements of the business. As a result, new internal policies were established and responsibilities for various levels of staff were defined. We then progressed to planning the training strategy for Retail, followed on by the production and delivery of the training programmes to the field.
